I absolutely would recommend that anyone should work with this team, both Kim and her husband Todd are professional but personable. Kim came to my house and walked around and gave me a very detailed list of what I could paint, fix up or decluter to help sell my house quickly, as I was in a hurry to do so. As soon as I was finished with the improvements she suggested Todd came and took amazing photos! In fact I told him once they posted online that it almost made me want to buy my house again! He was careful with the lighting that he took the pictures in and that made all the difference to make it look fabulous. I was very lucky and sold my house within a few days but I don't think I would have been able to do it without this husband and wife duo they made all the difference and we're so helpful with letting me know how and what I could do to sell quickly!
